TERMS OF SALES

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the conditions of sale set out below and declares to accept them.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE :

We may modify these general conditions of sale at any time, subject to these modifications appearing on our site. You are therefore advised to regularly refer to the latest version of our General Conditions of Sale.

ORDER :

To place an order, the user must follow the procedure indicated on the screen or by calling us directly. Once the order has been validated, the buyer must accept the conditions of use, choose the address and the delivery method, and finally confirm the payment method, this last step formalizing the sales contract between Orienticperfumes.com and the buyer.

Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will take place within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below. Orienticperfumes.com will acknowledge receipt of the order upon validation by sending an email.

In certain cases, including default of payment, wrong address or other problem, Orienticperfumes.com reserves the right to block the buyer's order until the problem is resolved.

In the event of unavailability of a Product ordered, the User will be informed by email. The cancellation of the order for this Product and its possible refund (only the products available at the time of the order may be subject to a debit, as opposed to deferred products), will then be made, the rest of the order remaining firm and definitive.

Exchange, refund or have products not in accordance with the order.

For exchange, refund or credit, you must return your items by local La Poste or other transport providers indicating your contact details and your wish to exchange, refund or have your items. (In the event of an exchange, the costs of returning the products are at our expense).

We will respond to your order within the limit of our available stocks or subject to available stocks. When ordering, we will inform you of the availability of the products you wish to purchase. However, if, despite our vigilance, the products are unavailable after your order, we will inform you and invite you to cancel or modify your order.

In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.

PRICE :     

The prices of our products are indicated in Euros and excluding shipping costs, knowing that the shipping costs are added to the amount of the order.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we undertake to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated to you at the time of your order.

In the event of an order to a country other than the United Kingdom, USA and MOROCCO, you are the importer of the product (s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or State taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not come under our jurisdiction. They will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

The items we sell are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. If, despite all our precautions, errors may have occurred, we could in no case be committed to this fact.

PAYMENT :

All our payments are secure, you can make your payment with bank card Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and others. In order to minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card data will be encrypted. Once your order is received, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Once your payment has been received, we will proceed to prepare your order.

DELIVERY :

The amount of the deliveries is made by weight brackets according to the destination (*the price of the expedition will be displayed as the basket is filled according to the weight). Orienticperfumes.com has chosen DHL and occasionally other different transport providers for its shipments. The shipping time for packages until final delivery is on average between 7 and 15 days. The delivery is sent to the address you have indicated in your customer account or to the nearest Pick-up Point (*Please note that any package not collected at the pick-up point within the "on average 10 days" time frame, this varies depending on different carriers) then Orienticperfumes.com will send you the package again but at the customer's expense since he had not collected his package on time. However, if the customer would like a refund at that time, then he will only be granted the products because the shipping costs will have already been paid and collected by the carrier. The order will be processed only upon receipt of payment from this one.

All events beyond the control of Orienticperfumes.com such as bad weather, strikes, transport breakdowns etc... which would tend to delay delivery, then Orienticperfumes.com will warn its customers by inviting them to wait until the resolution of the involuntary problems on the part of Orienticperfumes.com then if for some customers the problems could not be solved then Orienticperfumes.com will do what is necessary to support and satisfy its customers until the problem is solved.

RETURNS:

No exchange will be made except for non-conformity or product defects. Complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt of order. The customer must return the product(s) concerned at Orienticperfumes.com expense. Orienticperfumes.com therefore undertakes to reship the same item(s) to the customer or a refund, depending on the customer's choice.

Upon receipt, the products concerned will be exchanged to you within the limits of available stocks. If the same items are no longer in stock, a credit note will be sent to you by email in the form of a code or a refund, depending on the customer's choice.

You must imperatively contact us beforehand by telephone and/or email before any return of goods, in particular in order to indicate the return address of one of our various depots.

SALE PERIOD:

During the sales period, the sale items can be taken back or exchanged under the same conditions mentioned above.
